Each program is different. Sales and safety programs should pay for themselves with greater sales or reduced accidents respectively. Service award programs are custom designed around budgets and needs. Top
What types of gifts are available?
A wide variety of gifts: both traditional, i.e., watches and clocks; or life style, cameras and sporting goods. Brand name gifts are used that have continuity. The gifts are generally engraved or have an emblem attached reflecting the corporate logo in a subtle manner. Top

Unlike cash rewards, most written award programs are fully deductible. Top
How long does it take to develop a program?
It is best to work at least three months ahead of a presentation date. This provides adequate time to adjust the product mix, approve the gift items and manufacture dies and tooling. Top
Does a client have his or her own homepage?
Yes, the client's home page is hosted through www.thegreencompany.net. Once the client logs in, a customized page will appear. This page includes the client's logo or emblem, a congratulatory signed letter, and a picture of the president or office building. Top
How does a client provide data on recipients?
A CD will be provided to the administrator that contains an Microsoft Excel spreadsheet template. Upon completion by the administrator, the spreadsheet is e-mailed to The Green Company, and the recipient information is uploaded into the customized web database. Top
When can a recipient view his/her awards?
Once a recipient receives his/her award packet, he/she will be able to view personal gift selections at any time by going to www.thegreencompany.net. An individual login/password is printed on the recipient's brochure. Top
Where is the award brochure sent?
It is the client's choice. Normally it is sent to the recipient's home address or to the administrator at the divisional office. Top
If award brochures are mailed to administrators, does the administrator need to enter each recipient's login and password?
No - Login and passwords are generated automatically and are printed on the individualized brochures. Top
What if a recipient looses his/her login and password?
Login and passwords are located on the administrator site. The administrator can inform the recipient of his/her individual login and/or password. Top
What if an administrator forgets or loses his/her login and password, or needs it changed for security reasons?
Contact your sales associate at The Green Company, and we will inform you of your login/password or provide you with a new one. Top
Can a recipient order a second time (2 awards)?
No. If a recipient logs in again after placing an order, he/she will only see a confirmation of the item they chose. Top
What if a recipient wants to change his order?
The recipient should contact his administrator, who in turn would e-mail, fax or send a new order or cancellation to The Green Company. Top
What if a recipient does not place an order?
A client can choose to provide a default gift or The Green Company can remind the administrator to have the recipient place their order. Top
Can the administrator approve orders?
No. However, the administrator can see detailed information on who has ordered, what items were selected, who has not ordered, and when items have shipped by logging in to the client's site. Top
What if a recipient does not have access to the Internet?
He or she may fax or mail the order form to The Green Company. Top
How long does a recipient have to order?
Normally two weeks after the brochure is sent out. Top
Where is the award shipped?
It is the client's choice. It can be shipped directly to the recipient's home, to the divisional office, or to headquarters. Top
Once an item ships, can its progress be tracked?
If it is shipped via UPS, the administrator can locate the UPS tracking number on their site, and check the progress of the shipment on the Internet. Top
